1 lb. butterscotch coating
1 c. canned potato sticks
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 c. peanuts
1/2 stick butter
Crisped rice

Melt butterscotch coating, add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well covered. Spread out on waxed paper. Let set up. Cut or break into pieces.
