PORK AND NOODLE DINNER 
1 lb. ground lean pork
1 tbsp. butter
4 stalks celery, diced
4 lg. onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
3 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown pork in butter. Add celery, onion, green pepper. Add tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil, lower heat, simmer about 1 hour. Mix with cooked noodles in casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and place in hot oven until cheese is bubbly. Serves 6.
