2 lb. Velveeta cheese 2 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's) 2 (6 oz.) jars horseradish 1 lg. onion, grated Melt Velveeta in double boiler; let cool until lukewarm. Add 2 cups mayonnaise, 2nd 2 jars horseradish and the grated onion. Blend well. Refrigerate. Serve with assorted crackers. Keeps for weeks in refrigerator. Serves 30. Great holiday gift packed in 2 pretty crocks. |
