2 eggs, beaten
28 oz. jar mincemeat
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugared fruit
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Hand beat eggs. Add next 4 ingredients and stir until moist. Add soda to flour, then stir into fruit mix. Pour into greased bread pans (3 small or 2 large loaf pans). Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
