GEE GEE'S BREAD 
2 c. scalded milk
2 tbsp. Crisco
1/4 c. sugar (1 handful)
3/4 c. warm water
2 cakes (pkgs.) yeast (mix yeast in water and set aside)

Add flour until you can't stir anymore.

Scald milk and add to milk, Crisco, sugar and salt. Then mix in yeast mixture. Add flour until you can't stir any more. Knead dough on floured board until it's not sticky. Let raise twice. Punch it down in between. Make it in a loaf and let raise again. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
