BROCCOLI CASSEROLE III 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion, sauteed in
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. cornbread stuffing mix or crushed Ritz crackers

Cook broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine ingredients, mix well. Spoon into lightly greased baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Recipe can be easily doubled.
