SKILLET CHICKEN ITALIANO 
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, skinned and cut into strips
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 med. zucchini, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. tomato, cut into wedges
6 slices cheese, cut up

In skillet or shallow pan, put chicken and mushrooms; cover with dressing. Marinate for 30 minutes. Drain chicken, save the marinade. Cook onions in skillet in butter. Add chicken and mushrooms and saute covered on medium heat until chicken is tender. Add zucchini, tomato, marinade and a little water. Cook until zucchini is tender. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and let set until cheese melts.
