COCONUT BON BONS 
3/4 c. cold mashed potatoes
4 c. powdered sugar
4 c. angel flake coconut

Mixed together. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Roll into balls the size of walnuts. Cool again. Melt in double boiler 1 (20 ounce) package chocolate chips and 1/2 bar paraffin wax. Dip balls in above mixture, place on wax paper to cool.
