COMPANY CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. med. noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
6 green onions, chopped
3/4 c. sharp American cheese, grated

Cook needles until tender in boiling water. Drain and rinse with cold water. Melt butter in skillet. Add meat. Cook and stir until meat has lost red color. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce; simmer gently 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion and noodles. Alternate layers of noodles and meat mixture in 2-quart casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes until browned on top.
