2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
Sprinkle of salt
1 stick butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

In large mixing bowl combine sugar, flour and salt. In a saucepan, melt butter and add water, cocoa and oil. Bring to a boil. Pour this over the dry ingredients and whisk together. Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Pour into an oblong glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
