4 oz. bleu or Roquefort cheese
1/2 tsp. salt (may omit)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. mayonnaise (may use reduced calorie)
1/2 tsp. Lee & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
1 c. buttermilk

Blend all ingredients; will be thin, but thickens when chilled. Can be thinned with more buttermilk.
