PAULA'S RELISH 
6 red bell peppers
6 green bell peppers
6 onions
12 lb. green tomatoes
1 whole stalk of celery
1 lg. head cauliflower
6 c. apple cider vinegar
6 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt
Hot peppers to taste

Chop green tomatoes and drain, chop remaining ingredients and mix well with tomatoes. In large cooker put vinegar, sugar, and hot peppers. Bring to boil. Add other ingredients plus salt, simmer but do not overcook. Seal in jars and process in water boiling for 30 minutes.
