MBOGA - CURRY CABBAGE 
2 lb. cabbage
3 oz. chopped onions
2 tbsp. butter
2 med. chopped tomatoes
2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. half & half milk
Salt to taste

1. Chop cabbage into small pieces.

2. Rinse and drain thoroughly. Sit 5 minutes or more.

3. Chop onions into small pieces and saute in butter for 3 minutes (large pot required).

4. Add cabbage to onion and butter and fry for 5 minutes, turning frequently.

5. Add chopped tomatoes.

6. Add curry powder, milk and cook for 4 minutes. Serve with rice. Serves 4-6.
