SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS | |
2 lb. pork sausage 1 1/4 c. catsup 1/4 c. light brown sugar 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple Drain pineapple and reserve 1/3 cup of the juice. Shape sausage into small balls and brown in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off fat. Add catsup, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon and pineapple juice. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add tidbits and simmer 15 minutes more. |
