CRANBERRY ORANGE MOUSSE 
1 jar cranberry orange relish
1 to 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. Grand Marnier
Mandarin oranges

Mix the relish and Grand Marnier. Whip the cream stiffly. Add the cream to cranberry mix and blend. Hold in freezer until ready to serve. Decorate with mandarin oranges, which have been soaked in Grand Marnier. Very easy and very good.
