MANDARIN ORANGE MOUSSE 
1 pkg. fudge striped cookies, crushed
1/4 c. milk
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
9 oz. Cool Whip
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained

Mix milk, pudding, Cool Whip and oranges together. Place 1/2 of crushed cookies in bottom of clear glass bowl. Top with mousse mixture. Top mousse with the rest of the crushed cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
