ORANGE MOUSSE 
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can orange juice concentrate, partially thawed
1/4 c. sugar
3 pkg. sugar substitute, suitable for baking
2 tbsp. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. ice cubes

In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand 5 minutes to soften gelatin. Over low heat, cook, stirring constantly, 3-5 minutes or until gelatin dissolves.

In blender container, combine orange juice concentrate, sugar and sugar substitute; blend 5 seconds. With blender running, pour in gelatin mixture. Turn off blender; add cream, vanilla and ice cubes. Blend on high 30 seconds or until ice is evenly distributed.
