INSTANT ORANGE MOUSSE 
2/3 c. hot water
2 env. (2 tbsp.) unflavored gelatin
2 packets (2 grams) Equal Tabletop Sweetener
1 can (6 oz.) unsweetened orange juice concentrate, partially thawed
2 tbsp. evaporated skim milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. ice cubes

Pour hot water and gelatin into blender. Blend 30 seconds at lowest setting. Add Equal and continue blending 5 seconds longer. Add orange juice concentrate, evaporated skim milk and vanilla. Turn blender to high setting, add ice cubes gradually and blend until ice is evenly distributed in mixture. Pour into parfait glasses and chill. Keep refrigerated until immediately before serving. Garnish with a whipped topping and a wedge of sliced orange. Servings: 6.
