1 (12 oz.) pkg. Ekrich sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheese Whiz
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. sliced potatoes, cooked

Slice sausage and combine with potatoes. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, uncovered (if you want it crusty), or covered.
