JEANETTE'S FRIED CHICKEN | |
3 lb. whole chicken, cut-up into frying parts COATING: 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 tbsp. white cornmeal 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. white pepper Mix all coating ingredients. Prepare and cut up chicken. Coat chicken pieces well. Fry in hot vegetable oil at 375°F. Keep chicken warm while cooking in a preheated 200°F oven. You can also use this on skinless chicken breast to make chicken strips.
