TUNA CROQUETTES 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, well drained
1 can chicken with rice soup, undiluted
1 tbsp. butter (butter), softened
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. crackers, crushed

Mix all 5 ingredients well. Put in refrigerator to thicken. When ready to cook, make into patties, roll in additional crumbs and fry in small amount of oil until golden brown.
