STRAWBERRY PIE 
CREAM CHEESE FILLING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Bake a pie shell and cool. Mix filling ingredients well. Cover baked pie shell with filling.

GLAZE: Smash 1 cup strawberries and add liquid (water) to make 1 cup combined. Heat smashed berries in saucepan with 1 tablespoon cornstarch, add liquid and cook until thick consistency.

Arrange strawberries over cream filling. Pour glaze over berries until shell is filled. Cover with whipped cream and decorate with strawberries.
