QUICHE NOEL 
9 inch deep-dish pie
3/4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. half & half
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Line pie pan with pastry. Prick sides and bottom with fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 3 minutes. Remove from oven and gently prick with fork again. Bake 5 minutes longer. Let cook on rack.

Sprinkle chicken, cheese, green pepper and pimento in prepared pastry shell. Combine remaining ingredients, beating well; pour into prepared pastry shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 1 (9 inch) quiche.
