PUMPKIN PIE 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 can pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brandy
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. canned milk
Cool Whip

Beat eggs, add sugar, pumpkin and spices. Add milk and beat.

Pour into prepared shells.

Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower oven to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes or more.

Serve with Cool Whip.
