QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 unbaked pie shell, sprinkled with 1 1/2 tsp. sugar (bottom, sides and rim)
3/4 lb. bacon, fried and broken into sm. pieces (layer on the bottom of pie shell)
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (layer on top of bacon)
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion (depending on your taste), layered on top of cheese
3-4 eggs, depending on the size of your pie crust
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
A little pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix eggs, whipping cream, salt, sugar, paprika and pepper in a bowl. Pour over other ingredients already in the pie shell. Bake 15 minutes, lower oven temperature to 375 degrees and bake 30 minutes more.
