MOUNDS 
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
1 c. coconut
2 c. pecans
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1 (18 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 block Gulf wax

Melt butter in microwave. Finely chop pecans. Combine sugar, coconut, milk, butter and nuts. Stir until mixed well; then using 1 tablespoon of mixture, shape into balls. Flatten to resemble mound candy bars. Place on wax paper covered flat tray or platter. Refrigerate until completely cold.

Melt chocolate chips with wax in double boiler. Do not let any water get in the chocolate. When melted and smooth, dip candy, using a toothpick until completely covered. Place back on wax paper until set. Store in airtight container in cool place.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
