GLORIFIED "SWEET" POTATOES 
4 c. mashed sweet potatoes (1 lg. can-vacuum packed)
3/4 c. soft butter or 1 1/4 c. butter
4 lg. eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
marshmallows (miniatures)
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts (optional)
raisins (optional)

Place potatoes in large bowl. Add butter, sugar, milk and eggs. Mix at medium speed. Add remaining spices (and nuts or raisins if desired). Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Top with marshmallows, if desired. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes until firm and top brown.

May be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated. Warm before serving.
