FOOTBALL STEW | |
1 lb. stew meat (or more) 1 c. carrots 1 c. celery 1 onion 2 lg. potatoes (cut up) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. sugar 2 tbsp. tapioca 1 c. tomato juice (or 1 1/2 c.) Place stew meat, carrots, celery, onion and potatoes in roaster. Mix together salt, pepper, sugar and tapioca. Sprinkle over meat and vegetables. Pour tomato juice over meat, vegetables and seasoning. Cook at 250 degree for 4 1/2 hours. |
