RUSSIAN CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) Russian salad dressing
5 oz. apricot preserves
1/4 c. water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
6 chicken breast halves, no skin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a saucepan combine the first 4 ingredients, bring to a slow boil, then remove from heat and place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over breasts. Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes. Uncover and baste with sauce and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
