SWEET AND SOUR RUSSIAN CHICKEN 
6-8 chicken breasts, deboned, skinned and halved
8 oz. bottle Russian dressing
1 can jelled cranberries
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/4 c. lemon juice

Mix together dressing, cranberries, soup mix, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth. Pour over chicken and marinate overnight. Put in 9x13 inch pan, bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
