BLUE CHEESE SALAD
DRESSING--MOM'S RECIPE
 
2 bricks of Roquefort cheese from deli or gourmet cheese shop
1 quart jar real mayonnaise (2 cups)
6 ounces real sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 large cream cheese
pepper to taste

Place softened cheese in mixer bowl and blend well-serve with paprika on top. Great on potatoes, wedges of lettuce and as dip for crackers.
