COOL WHIP PIE 
1 lg. Cool Whip
1/2 c. coconut
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and pour into 2 graham cracker crumb pie shells.
