COOL WHIP PIE | |
2 egg yolks 1/2 c. lemon juice 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk 1 can crushed pineapple (drained) 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. chopped pecans 1 lg. Cool Whip 2 cooked graham cracker crusts Mix together well egg yolk with lemon juice. Add drained pineapple and remaining ingredients. Place mixture into 2 (8 inch) pie plates with graham cracker crust. Place in refrigerator a few hours before serving. |
