IZA'S BRAZILIAN CARROTS | |
16 carrots 1 tbsp. butter 2 eggs 1 c. milk 1 c. Parmesan cheese Salt, pepper and onion flakes to taste Boil carrots, then mash. Add butter, eggs, milk and Parmesan cheese, mix welll. Add salt, pepper and onion flakes, mix wel. Spread into Pyrex pie dish or baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (or when knife placed in center comes out clean. |
