GRAMMY'S BRAZILIAN SQUASH 
2 c. cooked & mashed butternut squash
1/2 tsp. salt
Little pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. milk or heavy cream
1 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Combine squash, salt, pepper, sugar and cream. Place in greased baking dish. Melt together butter and brown sugar; add cinnamon and nuts. Cook 3 minutes until nuts are coated, stirring constantly. Sprinkle on squash. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 4.
