ANTI-PASTO 
8 oz. olive oil
1 cut-up cauliflower
4 (5 oz.) cans pitted olives
1 (12 oz.) jar pickled onions

Cook together 10 minutes. Then add:

2 (10 oz.) cans mushrooms (less)
2 lg. green pepper, cut up
2 (4 oz.) cans pimento, cut up
5 (15 oz.) bottles catsup
2 (15 oz.) cans green beans
1 (24 oz.) jar sweet (mixed) pickles (less)

Boil 10 minutes. Then add:

2 (2 oz.) cans anchovies, cut up
3 (7 oz.) cans solid white tuna, broken up
1 c. white vinegar

Put in sterile jars. Seal and process 15 minutes. Approximately 12 (1/2 pints).
