HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. celery
2 tbsp. diced onion
1/2 c. walnuts
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3 boiled eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. diced chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Crushed chips to cover top

Mix all ingredients well and place in casserole dish. Cover with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
