9 cups Chex Mix 1 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar Put cereal in large bowl. Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour over Chex cereal, put into a large plastic bag with powdered sugar and shake well to coat. Spread mixture evenly on wax paper and allow to cool. | |

A few months ago my friend told me to try this stuff...IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! When she told me what it was i kinda giggled to myself. Puppy chow?? Thats a little strange but this stuff is ADDICTIVE!!!! I make it almost every night! No lie.

I made this tonight for my fiances family and myself and it was amazing! I used a whole bag of semi-sweet chips, 1 cup of peanut butter and 1/2 cup of butter (parkay is amazing) and i did not add the vanilla and it was the best puppy chow i have ever made oh and i added stick pretzels, not alot, but about 2 handfuls, mixed with regular chex! It was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!
