RICE SALAD II 
1/2 green pepper, chopped
4 scallions, chopped (some green)
12 or more pimento olives, sliced
2 jars marinated artichokes, sliced (reserve marinade)
1/2 tsp. curry (optional)
1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Make Rice-A-Roni according to package directions. Let cool. Add all the vegetables and toss. Mix reserved marinade with mayonnaise and mix into rice mixture. Chill thoroughly. This is better made a day in advance.
