RICE AND ARTICHOKE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
12 stuffed olives, sliced
1 c. chopped chicken or turkey

Drain artichokes and reserve liquid. Add all ingredients to cooked rice.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. Miracle Whip dressing
3/4 tsp. curry powder
Artichoke marinade

Mix and toss with rice mixture. Chill for 24 hours. Use mandarin oranges for garnish. Ham or shrimp can be used instead of chicken or turkey.
