SPICY SOLE 
2 lbs. frozen fillets of sole, thawed
5 tbsp. bottled steak sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. vinegar, tarragon, cider or wine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. curry powder

1. Carefully separate sole fillets. Combine remaining ingredients; spread half of mixture on fish; place on an oiled pan.

2. Broil fish about 4" from source of heat for 5 minutes. Spread remaining sauce on fish. Broil 5 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 8 servings of 120 calories each or 4 servings of 240 calories each.
