PUDDING ICE CREAM 
2 packets BLAIR vanilla pie mix, prepared & cooled
3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

In medium bowl, fold non-dairy topping into cooled pie mix. Pour into 2 quart covered plastic container. Freeze until firm (6 hours).

TOFFEE CRUNCH PUDDING ICE CREAM: Prepare pudding ice cream as directed using Blair vanilla flavor pie mix and folding in 2/3 cup crushed chocolate covered toffee candy bars with the whipped topping.

ROCKY ROAD PUDDING ICE CREAM: Use chocolate pie mix, fold in 1 cup miniature marshmallows and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts with whipped topping.

CINNAMON WALNUT PUDDING ICE CREAM: Use vanilla pie mix and add 2 tablespoons light brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.

FRUIT PUDDING ICE CREAM: Use Blair vanilla pie mix, fold 1 cup pureed fruit, strawberries, peaches, bananas, etc. with whipped topping.

CHOCOLATE CHIP PUDDING ICE CREAM: Use chocolate, vanilla or coconut pie mix and fold in 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips with the whipped topping.
