CRUST:

Crumbs of about 20 graham crackers
1/3 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. flour

Or use prepared graham cracker crust.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Press crust ingredients into a 10" tart pan. Beat together filling ingredients. Pour onto crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Spread one jar American Spoon or any comparable type of cherry blueberry spoon fruit on top of tart and serve. Serves 12.
