CHINESE SPARERIBS 
2 tbsp. garlic juice
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 bouillon cube in 1 c. hot water
2 to 4 lbs. spareribs, cut apart
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. ketchup

Mix first 6 ingredients; add ribs and marinate overnight. Start broiler; put ribs on rack. Broil on each side 10 minutes. Put ribs back in sauce and bake in 350 degree oven about 1 hour. Add a little water if sauce cooks down too much.
