8 boned, skinned chicken breasts 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 8 strips of bacon 1 pkg. chipped beef Grease casserole dish. Line bottom with the chipped beef. Wrap each breast with one strip of bacon. DON'T SALT! Place on chipped beef. Pour the soup and sour cream (beaten together) over the chicken. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours (for the first hour cover with foil). Delicious!!! |
