CHICKEN TACOS 
4 to 6 lb. roaster
Lg. box taco shells
Lg. pkg. Colby cheese
Lettuce
3 or 4 tomatoes
Alfalfa sprouts
Avocados

Wash chicken, put in slow cooker, fill cooker 1/2 full of water, cook at 325 degrees for 6 to 8 hours.

While chicken is cooling, so you can debone it, grate cheese, cut up lettuce, tomato and avocado. Wash sprouts. Debone chicken.

Put a layer of cheese in taco shells, a layer of chicken. Put in the microwave for 1 minute to melt cheese. Add one more layer of cheese. Melt in microwave. Then add other toppings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
