4 to 6 lb. roaster Lg. box taco shells Lg. pkg. Colby cheese Lettuce 3 or 4 tomatoes Alfalfa sprouts Avocados Wash chicken, put in slow cooker, fill cooker 1/2 full of water, cook at 325 degrees for 6 to 8 hours. While chicken is cooling, so you can debone it, grate cheese, cut up lettuce, tomato and avocado. Wash sprouts. Debone chicken. Put a layer of cheese in taco shells, a layer of chicken. Put in the microwave for 1 minute to melt cheese. Add one more layer of cheese. Melt in microwave. Then add other toppings. |
