CREAM CHEESE PUDDING DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. milk
3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 (6 serving size) pkg. Jello instant pudding and pie filling, any flavor

Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup of the sugar and the butter; mix well. Press firmly into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill 15 minutes.

Combine cream cheese, remaining sugar and 2 tablespoons of the milk in medium bowl. With electric mixer at medium speed, beat until smooth. Fold in 1 3/4 cups of the whipped topping. Spread over crust.

Pour remaining milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. With mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer in pan. Chill several hours. Just before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
