CARROT PUDDING CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 pkg. Jello instant vanilla pudding 4 eggs 1/4 c. oil 1/3 c. water 3 c. grated carrots 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. ginger Mix together and pour in greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: 1 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. grated orange peel 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese Blend and add 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon orange juice. |
