POTATO ROLLS 
Mix together in order given.

1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2/3 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. carnation milk
2 eggs, well beaten
7 to 8 c. all-purpose flour

Toss dough on floured board and knead well. Put in a large bowl, let rise to double in bulk. Knead again lightly. Grease top and place in refrigerator until needed. All the rolls to set for 1 hour at room temperature before baking at 375 degrees until done.
