POTATO CINNAMON ROLLS 
2/3 c. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. hot mashed potatoes
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. hot potato water

Mix and cool. 2 eggs beaten 6 1/2 c. flour

Mix and knead 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl and grease top and cover with a damp cloth and let rise 3 times in size. Punch down and make rolls or refrigerate.

Use 1 1/2 to 2 sticks butter on half of dough. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixed. Roll into logs and slice 1/2 inch thick. Place in buttered pan and let rise until double.
